The interview process was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had interviewing for a role. I applied and was requested for an initial HR interview a week later and asked to give available time slots. I replied, and HR never got back to me so I followed up with them. Then I followed up with them again. Then a different person in HR contacted me and set up a call which was pretty unremarkable, if a bit dull.
After this I heard nothing for about 2 and a half weeks. I sent an email to HR but they didn't get back to me. Then I got an email asking me to a second interview and asking when would suit. I replied, but they never set anything up or confirmed receiving my message. One month later I was sent the same email asking for a second stage interview. I responded but again, nothing was acknowledged or set up. I assumed the whole thing was a scam at this stage and forgot about it until 2.5 weeks later I get the same email from someone else in HR asking me to the same interview, with the same people. I sent the same availability response I always do and highlighted how often I had been invited and yet never actually interviewed by OpenClassrooms. Which is exactly what happened AGAIN.

Straight forward and clear. Good discussion. We exchanged on various topics related to the job and the company vision and mission. 2nd interview was with a team member with more specific questions.
