At the start it was fine (OC used an external recruiter). After FaceTime interviews and numerous email exchanges over my qualifications, I was told that the CHRO was going to reach out to me which he never did. The outsourced recruiter continued to reassure me that he would (sorry on vacation, will soon, etc.) and then dead silence. Poor management and really bad image on the company. A simple no thanks email would have suffice. Don't waste people's time/efforts if your intentions are not to go forward. Treat others as you would like to be treated!
