Shame they advertise the importance of soft skills and willing to learn over figures and experience in an area, to then dismiss you when you lack a tad experience in said area (even when you check all the other boxes). It's kind of contradictory to the culture they promote and discredits the whole concept of « We want to know what you don't know, and we're totally fine if you have things to learn » and « If you're qualified for the job, it doesn't mean we'll hire you. We look into soft-human-skills. They make all the difference in the end »
Other than that, it was a smooth, quick and professional process.
