I was contacted to schedule an interview one week after applying online. Then I had it rescheduled 3 times by OC. On the day of the interview, the recruiter showed up late for a video call and smoking an e-cigarette. Also had to reschedule straight away as she didn't speak English (a position I applied for didn't require French, in my CV it's stated I have only a basic level of French, and during online application there was a question if I have a professional level of French to which I replied "No"). Recruiter told me she will ask her English-speaking colleague to reschedule with me. Two days later I received an email that my profile doesn't match what they are looking for. Such a disrespect to their potential candidates! In preparation to interview I went through their 4 hours course "How do we work at OpenClassrooms?" and want to say values which they stated in this course are not carried to the real world. I replied to the rejection email to let them know how I felt and was contacted by phone to clarify the "misunderstanding". And yet again I was approached in French, which makes me think there was no clear communication inside on why the interview with me had to be rescheduled. After I asked to speak in English I was told my profile doesn't match because I don't speak French, which would be a valid argument if it was 1st email I received from them and they haven't wasted my and their time.
