After trying to connect with the UK based recruiter twice I finally interviewed with him on the third try. He told me that the new VP of Employer Sales would be the next step. After almost 2 weeks of nor hearing back I reached out to her directly. It got me the interview. I spoke with her for 30 minutes and it went what I thought well via Zoom. She told me that the next step will be to interview with the Intl head of sales. Told her great, will wait to hear back. I heard 5 minutes after I ended the call with her via the UK-based recruiter that I was not selected for the next step. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF TYPING MY THANK YOU LETTER TO THE VP!! Very unprofessional. I told them that in my reply.
