A bit misleading. Was informed by recruiter I was one of two candidates in the interview process. Had two interviews and was then asked for three references (peer, client, supervisor) and to prepare a case study (!). Received great feedback on all. The final interview was described as a 'quick meet and greet' and the 'final action item...this is great news!' The quick meet and greet turned into an hour and 15 minute call and the next day I received an email explaining that they're moving forward with candidates whose skill set and experiences are 'closer to what we're looking for.' So strange considering I was supposedly one of two in the process and all feedback was great...oh, and in the feedback email they hit me up for a mission as a teacher, mentor, or student in the future :/
