HR screen-HM-Panel (a team of 3)-Onsite. I didn't pass the panel interview. People were nice and the HR even explained what I could improve in the panel interview. No take home design challenge
First stage was a recruiter screen, second stage was an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was friendly and knowledgeable. They are looking for people who care about the mission.
