After two rounds of interviews, I was brought into an OpenGov office to demonstrate their software. After the demo, I was verbally berated for 20 minutes by the SVP. She made me extremely uncomfortable; this interview was like nothing I have ever experienced before. She told me to take accountability for being laid off, yelled at me for not taking enough notes when she was speaking, told me I don't have much experience (in a third round interview) and proceeded to put words in my mouth and chew me out for things I never even said or did. This was unbelievably unprofessional. The Glassdoor reviews don't lie-if this is how they treat people in interviews, I can see why their level of staff turnover is so high. Do not work for this company. I prepared for almost a week to present to them and was treated horribly.
