The interview included a HR phone screen, HM phone screen, and lastly an invitation for an on-site interview. The on-site interview included (4) members -- each from different teams. The process was very well-organized, great open communication, excellent culture vibes. OpenGov is very mission oriented, something I could relate to having previously aligned a public sector vertical/accounts. I wasn't offered the job, but did get critical feedback collected by HR. To me this meant they took my efforts seriously. The future is bright for OpenGov.
