Interview
Applied online, was contacted by an internal recruiter with a few days, great interview and was moving on to next step which was an interview with the regional director.
It seemed from the start the call with the RD was not going to have a good outcome. During our conversation, the RD made a suggestion that I should apply to other companies based on my background. The RD was very unprofessional and seemed to be going through the motions throughout the entire interview.
Quickly realized that this was an organization I would not enjoy working for based on the interview with the RD.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
So you'll come work for me and within a year and a half, you'll leave right?
Was fairly easy but after I received an offer I asked for them to give me a few days to discuss with my family before making a big decision. They did not give me the time to do this and tried to give me a less than 24 hour turnaround. They also continued to push me on the phone. I ended up accepting with another company.
The interview process is very lengthy (about 8 steps) and could probably be condensed, but you speak with multiple people which is helpful in making a decision. Final interview is a presentation with a larger group.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OpenGov
Interview
The interview process was about five rounds including a presentation. I was encouraged to meet with potential colleagues within the sales organization, and I felt like I had a strong sense of the company before joining. The recruitment team was consistent and thorough with their feedback and helped guide me through the process.
