I've been a developer over 18 years and my OpenGov interview was by far the worst onsite interview experience ever. My interview started at 11 and ended at around 4pm. During that time whole company had lunch and I was offered none. I interviewed with 5 different people. One of them was extremely rude and lacked empathy at all times. After the interview there was no communication. Later I learnt through my recruiter that they decided to pass on me. I contacted HR for an explanation or a feedback nobody got back to me. Overall this wasn't something I expected from such a professional company...
