I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at OpenGov (Redwood City, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
I was referred by a previous manager and had a couple of phone screens with a recruiter. Drove down from SF to interview and test out the commute. They were very concerned about me liking the commute since it is a big commitment to make. I showed that they cared about me as a person. I met with 6 people during my interview including the CEO. I appreciate that he made the time to meet with me. Everyone I met with was amicable; it decided to switch companies very easy
