I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OpenGov (Redwood City, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview process was very efficient and included both phone calls, and in-person interviews. The great thing about the process was I had one point of contact that was a true champion for me and was able to answer any question I had about the process. It was also very refreshing that everyone that I interviewed with, from HR, peer Account Executives, VP's of Sales and Customer Success, the CRO, and the CEO, all had the exact same messaging so I felt very comfortable with what I was getting myself into. All in all, it was a GREAT experience!
Was fairly easy but after I received an offer I asked for them to give me a few days to discuss with my family before making a big decision. They did not give me the time to do this and tried to give me a less than 24 hour turnaround. They also continued to push me on the phone. I ended up accepting with another company.
The interview process is very lengthy (about 8 steps) and could probably be condensed, but you speak with multiple people which is helpful in making a decision. Final interview is a presentation with a larger group.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OpenGov
Interview
The interview process was about five rounds including a presentation. I was encouraged to meet with potential colleagues within the sales organization, and I felt like I had a strong sense of the company before joining. The recruitment team was consistent and thorough with their feedback and helped guide me through the process.
