I was contacted by Ben, OpenGov’s Recruiter, in August of 2018 to set up a phone call to tell me more about the position. Ben was very informative and helped me through the entire process. After the initial phone call there was • Phone Screen with Hiring Manager • Data Exercise • Coffee with a representative from Chicago • In Person interview with the Customer Success Team at the Redwood City Office. The entire OpenGov team was very informative throughout the entire process and moved very quickly. I told Ben in the first phone screen that I needed to move quickly because I was considering other offers and he took me through the whole process in less than a month. Everyone involved was very responsive to any questions that I had throughout the process and the interview process in its entirety was a great experience.
