I was contacted by a Recruiter, Jesse Martin, who was great at explaining the position, the company culture, and was extremely consistent in his communication and follow up. That lead to numerous conversations with sales executives and other team members, both on the phone and in person. The interviewers were courteous and passionate about their work. They never made me feel rushed, despite the obvious high velocity nature of their work. The interviews felt a bit laid back, but my recommendation for future interviewees would be to take control of the interview and make sure that you keep focus on the expectations of the role and your unique position to be able to meet those needs.
