Being that I was involved in interview processes for one position before transitioning over to another. I interviewed with 8 total people in 7 interviews. The style focused on my experience and my personality fit for their culture. However, there were a decent amount behavioral questions and a few technical.
The interview process was difficult because there were so many people along the way that could veto you. Despite this, I believe that OpenGov is making the process challenging in all the right ways. Everyone was incredibly personable but also very candid. They gave it to me straight which gave me the ability to do the same. Which made it easy to see if I was right for the company and vice versa.
