Interviewer was late, which wasn't a big deal, but the general vibe I got from the place was a bit of a "rise-and-grind," sacrifice your mental health to get your hands dirty type of environment. When I asked about the general support of the team, or if there was a positive work culture, that was glossed over and I was given exposition on how "hard" people worked. Just a weird feeling overall.
