I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OpenGov (Buenos Aires) in Feb 2024
Interview
The process consists of several interviews, some of them with the team manager, and some other with different technical leaders.
Most of the interviews are conversation oriented, except for the 'technical challenge' where you are requested to solve a small exercise to expose what you know about software development and design in general.
The overall experience of the process is very good. I felt comfortable during all the interviews and even during the technical challenge.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were many questions oriented to understand how the candidate solves problems in a team. But there was this question that really resonated with me:
Was there any situation where you were sure about how to solve a problem but then a colleague has to convinced you that you were wrong? How did you manage that situation?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OpenGov (Boston, MA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I submitted my application then had a recruiter reached out to me and had a recruiter screen (very chill). Then had a behavioral with the hiring manager. The whole process was chill and pretty straightforward.
Questions about Technology stack and experience history. Questions on DSA. Able to answer the questions but had some difficulty in solving the problem. Practise before appearing for the interview. TLDR; good company
