Interview
The interview process that I went through at OpenGov was an enriching experience. Each meeting introduced a different layer of the organization -- its history, culture, and values.
I was impressed, intrigued, and excited from my first ever conversation with the recruiter, Jesse Martin. He was personable, informative, and knowledgeable. I remember thinking that if Jesse were representative of the type of employees at OpenGov, then I’m in!
Later in the process, I engaged with another recruiter, Ben Fox. He was very helpful, responsive, and empathetic.
I very much enjoyed my communications with these 2 members of the Talent Acquisition team. They both made me feel important and heard.
On top of this, meeting some members of the Professional Services team was such a delight. Each conversation and each question were thoughtful and engaging. They also very much encouraged me to ask questions as well.
