Professional, fun, and flexible! Interviewing with startups can be stressful, sometimes the recruiter is so overwhelmed, they lack the personal and authentic touch. This experience was one of the best and thankfully didn't have any of those issues.

The on-site interview process at OpenGov was a refreshing one. The team was so welcoming, warm and professional. I interviewed with 4 different people and I was impressed by the breadth of knowledge and diversity of backgrounds. The team was accommodating throughout my entire experience. I I felt valued, and like I was part of the team.
