OpenGov People Partner interview questions

My experience during the initial round was quite disappointing. A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, initiated the conversation, and then abruptly disengaged without any follow-through. There was repeated back-and-forth with the same questions being asked multiple times, which reflected a lack of preparation and attention to detail. I was informed that the next round would be scheduled, but there was no subsequent communication. Even after I followed up on LinkedIn, there was no response. Such gaps in communication and closure reflect poorly on the candidate experience. As someone in Talent/HR, I find this particularly concerning, as it indicates a lack of professionalism and accountability in the recruitment process.
