Pretty simple behavior questions. The manager that hired me was really nice and was looking for someone passionate and a quick learner. I didn't have a lot of experience going in, but I was able to show that I was really eager to learn.

Interview
I applied online. The process took 4ish weeks. About a week after submitting my resume, they emailed me asking for two writing samples. I submitted an academic style paper and a short journalism piece. About a week after submitting those, they called me back for a phone interview. It was 30-45 minutes, pretty standard, mostly behavioral questions. Stuff like "time you faced a challenge, leadership experience, etc". They also asked if I had SEO experience, which I didn't, but they were really amenable as long as you express a desire to learn. About two weeks after this interview I got the offer.
