I applied online and received an email a few days later from a recruiter telling me that the senior manager wanted to have a 45 minute phone interview with me. It was scheduled and 20 minutes before the interview I received an email saying that they had to reschedule and to provide my availability for later in the week. I did so and received an email 2 days later saying that they decided to fill the position internally. They said they wanted to interview me for a customer service rep position and to let them know if I was interested. I felt it not only was a slap in the face but I find it very professional what they did, why post the position then? I would never work for this company ever.
