Recruiter was quick with responses and showed interest. The orders of interviews were somewhat odd and didn't really make sense. No feedback provided in the end, which I guess is normal

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OpenTable (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Phone screening followed by video call with manager, who appeared to be extremely nice. It was a charade. After our brief 25min interview, the manager determined I was not "collaborative" enough for the job, even though I was "technically very skilled." As someone who has experience in recruiting, this reasoning is just lazy and sad. I will remember this disgusting experience every time I'm forced to book a table through your platform. Thanks!
