Screening Call then an interview with 2 Directors. This was done via a TEAMs video chat. There were mostly normal questions although one about teaching someone to ride a bike that was odd. I was lied to by one of these directors. I asked if this was a client facing role as I no longer wanted to deal with customers directly. I was told there would rarely be a need to speak to customers, but upon arriving the need was many times daily.
