The interview process was coordinated not on time interviewer are coming late upto 20 mins, but the environment was very noisy and distracting. It was difficult to hear questions clearly, and the interviewers also seemed affected by the background noise. Despite answering all technical questions correctly and confidently, the overall experience did not feel professionally handled. Better interview setup and a quiet environment would help ensure fair evaluation for candidates.
