In the first interview, a member of the company literally told me I am in a better job in my current company. This was the first red flag. Subsequent interviews were saying this first person I interviewed was actually leaving the company, I wonder why? They dragged me through the entire interview process, and it was clear that I had the most technical experience and background of all the people I have interviewed with. After a quick look at their FAS team, none of them had any relevant bench experience or doctorates; which is an absolute must in this industry. They tried to convince me to join with high pay. All in all it sounded great on paper, but after speaking with some colleagues who are experts in the field... it sounds like their products are poorly manufactured and not well supported; thats why its so cheap. Its great for a sales person looking to sell cheap instruments that will break and not work, with no technical support... but that was not the vision that I had in helping making researchers lives easier. Unless its your first job in the industry, I would stay away because there are much more reliable start-up out there.
