Initial online test, phone interview, second set of online tests, and superday. Superday consisted of a computerized wunderlich test, sequence test, and multitasking test, as well as a behavioral interview, market making game, card game, and shadowing.

Calculate the expected value and standard deviation of a deck of cards. Do the same for a deck of cards with all face values squared.

Preliminary - 80 questions in 8 minutes, pretty simple if you are good with numbers.
First Phone Screen: Spoke about basic competency based questions, it was a nice conversation and got the feeling that they value your social adaptability skills.
