1- 24h coding assessment in C++, 5 questions 2 - HR screening interview, simple questions, nothing too difficult 3- Short 30min technical interview, questions on programming languages, network theory (UDP vs TCP) 4 - Long 2hr technical interview with 2 senior engineers. First part: design trading system, second part: white board pseudo-coding some simple trading strategies.

The interview was an online video chat. The interview was a HR interview, discussing motivations for the company, and discussing what the company does. No technical questions at this stage, other than talking about your own work.
