Bad process end to end and poor professionalism. Sent me a request through calendy to book an interview in. Was in the early hours of the morning for a UK resident which is to be expected however I waited for 30 mins with no call or information. I also sent emails to the recruiter asking if they were going to attend and received no response. In an act of good faith I rescheduled through calendy to a new date, receiving confirmation yet still with no email reply. Two days before the reshceduling received an email saying they had filled the role. Pretty poor, considering the chain of events.
