Interview
Firstly you would received an online assessment including 80 basic arithmetic in 8 mins, some neuro-assessment games, numerical reasoning, prob and stats questions. Once you passed the online assessment, you would received an invitation from HR for behavior interview. If you pass the behavior interview, you would be invited for interview with traders, and it is final round.

Why Quant? Why Optiver? How your manager evaluate you? How was the project yo do?Is there anything can be improved? They would ask you to make a market on a random object, you have to give the bid and ask price. And they would ask you some basic prob questions like what is the probability that you got 50 head If you toss a coin 100 times? In about 10 secs. Finally they will give you a scenario of sport lottery, you should observe the rule and find the way to arbitrage.
OA -> Behavioural->Cognitive 1 -> Cognitive 2 -> Final Round (1 HR Interview, 1 Technical). Behavioural interview quite standard but trading games played for Cognitive 1 and 2 rely on quick mental calculation of odds and implied probabilities

The interview process starts with a timed online assessment covering probability / statistics knowledge; if the candidate is successful, they will be invited to participate in virtual interviews over Zoom, followed by onsite rounds.

Everyone was always super nice and helpful during the interview, even if I made some calculation mistake.
