The first round at Optiver challenges you with a series of online assessments. The famous 80 in 8 math test is part of this assessment. Furthermore, you will be asked to complete the NumberLogic test, also known as the Optiver Sequences test. Recently, Optiver added the Zap-N test and the so-called Beat the Odds to their list of assessments that you need to complete for their first round.
First there was a long OA of about 3hours. Then, there was a zoom interview on the card betting game with the recruiter. I didn't make it to the next round.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
