Optiver Junior Windows Engineer/SOE Specialist interview questions

Flawed. Excessive amount of time used in the interview process for what ultimately was a ill defined role from Optiver, with what they were looking for completely different from the job advertisement, and discussions during phone interviews and technical testing. Process was a phone screening, technical test, technical interview and finally a HR interview.
