I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Optum (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2023
Interview
I applied online and then received a link to schedule a virtual interview about 3 weeks later. The person who interviewed me was not the one scheduled to, and she was somewhat unfriendly. I think she may have been annoyed because it was a last minute change for her, and she wasn't in the mood to interview. The interview was about 45 minutes, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. I heard back with an offer almost 2 weeks later.

Question 1
Imagine being asked 5+ questions, but each question had about 5 parts to it and it's all read to you at once. That's what the interview was like, and the questions were so random. It wasn't in STAR format. I was annoyed during the process because the questions really were random and out there.
