Straightforward and less rigorous compared to other Consulting interview process. First a Behavioral or two in the first round, then a follow up behavioral with a more senior consultant (director level), then a case interview.

1 hour interview broken into two parts. First part was all behavioral with a senior team member; the interviewer was friendly. Second part was somewhat behavioral, but primarily involved a case study; more "intense" and less conversational than the first part.
