How do you feel about commission, intimidated or motivated?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Opus Business Consulting (Pittsburgh, PA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Sketchy. Recruiter called me out of the blue requesting an interview right away. I wanted to know more about the position but she said that she couldn't answer my questions over the phone. I agreed to an interview against my better judgement because I was curious. I researched the company and found out that they renamed their business in 2015 and seem to be part of a business group sharing a similar business model. My guess would be they split up into smaller businesses to avoid having to pay benefits . Anyway, Opus Business Consulting has nothing to do with consulting. It is a straight up sales company and their business model is a pyramid scheme! So, do yourself a favour and stay away. Unless you like driving around in your own car selling Verizon products door to door for little to no pay for who knows how long. Only to eventually mislead others and train them to do the same. It's a scam. Their favourite victims are college grads. No experience needed, they will train or better brainwash you, thus they solely hire you based on your ability to be successfully brainwashed and to then spread the madness.
