There were three interviews. The first one was about 15 minutes. I sat down with the hiring manager and went over the position, compensation and hours. He also asked a few questions about my previous employment. It was a pretty easy first round; more of a meet and greet. The second interview was about an hour. We went over the recruiting process a little more in depth.
