Opus Business Consulting interview questions

There were two rounds of interviews. After meeting the CEO I felt a little intimidated but comfortable with the job and what it entailed. The first interview was only 15 minutes or so and they focused on me and my skills. the second interview focused on me learning about the company. In the second interview, I was excited to hear more about the company. The second interview was much longer than the first being that it lasted over an hour. I learned a lot during the second interview about the position I applied for and how fast I can be promoted as well as how much I will be making.

I got a call from a recruiter asking if I was able to come in to speak more about the position. With an open mind I said yes. I arrived the next day and had a 10 minute interview with minimal explanation of the position. I got a call later that day for a second interview being a job shadow. I went in the next day to job shadow and filled out a questionnaire. At the job shadow I learned that I would not be doing any HR assistant duties other than recruiting. Once I met a certain quota during training (being paid $10 and a $50 bonus for every successful candidate hired that I recruited) and then I would advance and be hired full time. I was hesitant with the company from the start seeing reviews but kept an open mind because I wasn't going for a sales position. At the end of the day I do not want to work commission when I was told this was more of an administration position.
