Question 1

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Oracle (Amsterdam) in Jun 2024
Interview
Process lacks focus. The start was quick and snappy. Found the open position via LinkedIn and replied. BAM! Got a pre-screen call invite with the recruiter the next day. One day after that call, BAM! A call invite request for the next round with the Director. In that call we discussed next steps ("you will meet with x from team y"). But that call never came. After two months I got a standard rejection email. It struck me that a big leading company as Oracle is lacking focus when it comes to hiring new people. A rejection is fine, just give it to me straight and within a week
