Interview
Super short. I was contacted by an executive recruiter who was great. He painted the picture of the opportunity and laid out all the facts. Then a phone call with the SVP who would be my manager. Then three 45-minute in person meetings at HQ. The in person meetings were very pleasant and conveyed a very "real" feel.

Was found by a recruiter who was excellent. The process was extremely long and detailed. I think I met with 12 people either in 1:1s or in panel presentations. That said, everyone was nice and professional and smart - and my interest grew with each meeting...but it did become tedious
