Interview
HR phone screen, technical phone screen, pre-interview phone discussion, and final interview panel. The panel interview involved the director and his direct reporting manager, who would by my manager. There could have been more people involved, but expect at least two people on the panel.

The in-person interview was a 1 hour role-playing scenario with 1 person observing and the interviewer and I standing at a white board. Primary interviewer played a potential client CTO, I played the part of the Oracle Enterprise Architect (the job for which I was interviewing). I was given a 10 page case study a couple weeks beforehand, and required to describe how Oracle products can help the CTO and his technical situations. Several questions occurred, mostly focusing on why I might suggest a technology option over another option, or how that technology works.
After role playing was complete, both interviewers poked and prodded about why certain things were discussed, and again why "this" and not "that" or did you think about anything else that you should have mentioned?
Three rounds with basic competency questions.
Pretty standard and just sought a few real life examples to common challenges. Panel were from across Europe, even though the role was UK based.

Informal originally, mostly phone screens. In-person interview pre-COVID with a presentation to aboard that will evaluate the presentation style and content. All and all it was a good experience. A business case was presented in which you had to identify an architectural solution.
