Interview
Interview process consisted of phone screening and onsite interview like many other tech companies. The phone screening consist of reviewing your skills and resume. Onsite interview consisted of a sales pitch and meeting with several managers.
4 steps - HR Screening > Hiring Manager > His Boss / VP > Panel Round > HR (Negotiation). All the rounds lasted for 30 min to 45/50 min. The negotiation was long drawn.

How were you successful with your customers and deal, being a non-native CH sales ?
Terrible process.. No engagement with the HR recruiter. The multiple interviews with the staff and hiring manager. This process seemed to be more about learning the competitive market and point of view. I would recommend caution when interviewing with Oracle. Hiring manager was unprofessional.
