First step was a call with a recruiter, followed by another call with the Senior Director. They were both very friendly, open and accessible.
The next step going forward is a personal interview. I've been told they make a decision very quick. I'm still hoping to be selected for the personal one.

Four stages, went to interview in London and presented. Huge amount of Time and cost. The role was vague and information on line was limited and out of date. The interview was with 5 people.
