There were three rounds of interview. 2 telephonic and 1 face-to-face rounds. That was a really tough negotiation for the salary part as I really had to justify the reasons for the hike I proposed. And finally that got accepted.

Question 1
I was placed with a business case where I need to handle the team with vintage higher than me in the process and I need to provide feedback to these associates, who were reluctant to report to me.
It was great and everyone was friendly. It was a zoom interview which helped take the nerves off a little. I did enjoy everyone I spoke with but ultimately I decided to decline the offer that I was given. Seems like a great company!

Virtual Interview 3 rounds each of an hour long. Technical Round 1 with Manager, Round 2 with Director and Senior Manager. Final Round with HR. Initial screening round was there by HR and recruiter as well
