Interview
Met with the hiring manager at a restaurant and then interviewed with 2 senior consultants over the phone. Discussed background on similiar ERP projects and the roles played. Was referred by a consultant that was well respected in the consulting industry so that was a plus. Also worked for current clients of the company so being able to describe experiences of working with the consulting group I was applying to also helped significantly. My advice would be to make sure you are willing to deal with all the sacrifices that come with being a road warrior.

Entire process took about 4 weeks. Had about 5 interviews with managers and execs. I never got an offer, and I never got a rejection. I kept following up and they ghosted me. Until a couple months later they emailed me a survey about the experience.
