Interview
I had 3 interviews (recruiter, other designer, head of design). Everything was going smooth but suddenly the recruiter went silent after the 3rd interview. I reached to him after many days and, after apologizing, he told me he had received good feedback from the interviews but would let me know more in a few days.
Many days after I received an email saying that they went with other options, but that he would explain more when he got back from leave. He never wrote back.

it was an hr screening process, and then the next step was presenting presentation to hiring manager. i got rejected right after the screening process. the recruiter gave a really transparent walk through of what to expect throughout the stages which is great.
Fueron tres diferentes entrevistas, la primera con RH, después con un team member y al final el manager, las primeras dos fueron sencillas pero la última fue 100% técnica, algo complejo
