Interview
First I have contacted the Oracle HR recruiter who sent me a list of questions in regards of my sales experience, this position consisted of selling SUN products to a specific territory.
After answering list of questions in regards of specific experience such as quota managed and specific background experience, I was schedule with the HR person on a one-on-one interview, most of the questions were about my background and experience in selling software and cases.
The second stage of interview was an interview in person on the same day with 4 different Sales Managers. Each interview consisted of 30 min. Questions would range about my background, why am I a good fit, and Oracle Offerings.
Later on the week, I had another phone interview with the IT specialist, questions would also range on behavioral questions and experience.
Then the final stage was a week later where I had to present on why the customer should buy Oracle product and deliver a specific solution for a customer seeking more software offering and expending his IT infrastructure. The presentation was about 20 min infront of 5 Sales Manager and then a list of quesitons from the managers were asked. THe same dayI had a verbal offer. After the presentation I had to wait for 3 weeks for the Background check and to get a written offer.
