Describe a scenario where you needed to weigh pros and cons
It was a straightforward process. They do not ask many questions to get to know you. Mostly have you're resume memorized with explanations for everything. There is not much else you can do for a phone screening.
I interviewed several years ago - there was an initial phone interview screening and then the Human Resources manager reached out to me to schedule in person interviews. i think they do all interviews remote now.
