Easy, three part, met with hiring manager and two similar level managers. They were doing a hiring blitz so it ended up being 3 sales managers interviewing the whole group and selecting their teams.

Several interviews with a presentation. Fairly straight forward. Once you’ve met with key stakeholders you have to pass the background checks etc. this can take some time. Sharing this as the hiring manager rather than applicant.

Interview process was very lengthy and not a lot of communication happened for many weeks. After three months of random back-and-forth, I was finally able to get an interview. Sadly, it wasn't a great fit for them, but it was a very long process.
