Connection call with manager and then a walk through of p2p or 02c process where you kind of have to fend for yourself. Then a series of case management questions.

Technical Questions are quite tough , hands on experience needed , managerial skills needed. Focus on project critical incident how did you resolved that. Be clear on your approach ,as panel will have more that 2 people at a time.
